The Aquatic Professional Website is devoted to education, development of resources, ideas, concepts, and creative thinking. This site was born out of the idea that many new Aquatic Professionals are thrown into the job just before summer and should be able to have resources that extend well beyond paying to be part of an organization. At this point this blog is free and is expected to stay free if possible.
In the development of this blog I have found that many people are unwilling to share, they have held their information close. I believe that we as Aquatic Professionals have a duty of education not only to the public, the staff that works for us, but also peers and people outside our agency or facility, whether they be across town or around the world I believe we should be sharing everything we do as professionals, that sharing will not create less job security but more as you are recognized a subject matter expert. I encourage all to share you knowledge.

Great idea! I’m constantly looking for information that will enchance my knowledge of the field. I am not new to management, but am relatively new to aquatics.
